IT IS AN ANNUAL MiGRATiON
Traveling by car, boat, plane and even by bicycle... many families head to the sea looking for their idyllic patch of coastline to claim for a weekend, a week or if they are lucky, for a whole glorious summer. It is no surprise, then, that we tumble from the car as soon as it stops in the driveway, running toward the rambling landscape of dune grasses, wind driven sands and soothing tides. Clad in swimsuits and sunglasses, we head off down the shoreline. First things, first. It is 'shelling time'!
The memories we share of sparkling sun on the water, body surfing, building sandcastles, shelling and tasting the salt air as we take long walks along curving shorelines are preserved in photographs and shell collections. It is appropriate, then, when we arrive home that we display both photos and seashells tastefully. Deleting the mediocre and saving the best of our collections for display can be challenging. Therefore, we have compiled a selection of 'idea' photographs to help you arrange and display the 'best' of your treasures whether your style is traditional, modern, cottage or shabby chic. Enjoy!
