PALEO HOT COCOA


 Imagine a cold-weather drink that warms and satisfies the desire for chocolate 
without the 'super-saturated sweetness' and calorie load of traditional Hot Cocoa.

PALEO HOT COCOA
Paleo / Whole 30 compliant

1 cup water
1 cup coconut milk (no added ingredients, just canned coconut milk)
1-2 teaspoons cocoa powder

* In a small saucepan, add ingredients (start with 1 tsp. cocoa... add more as desired)
* Heat ingredients over medium-low heat and bring to a low simmer until whisps of steam rise from the surface but not bubbly.
* Whisk to incorporate ingredients.
* Transfer to a mug and enjoy!
** Add more cocoa powder, if desired.
