W30 BBQ Sauce
Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Onions

W30 BBQ SAUCE
Paleo / Whole 30 compliant
1 cup tomato sauce, organic
1/2 cup (4oz) unsweetened applesauce, organic
2 Tbs. coconut vinegar (substitute unfiltered apple cider vinegar)
1 Tbs. coconut oil
1 Tbs. stone ground mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. chili or chipotle powder
1/2 tsp. sweet paprika
Pinch of ground cloves
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of sea salt
A few shakes hot pepper sauce, as desired
Combine ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer 20 minutes.
Allow sauce to cool.
Refrigerate in a glass container.
