MUSTARD BBQ SAUCE
Paleo / Whole30 compliant
1 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup raisins, organic & unsulfured
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbs. coconut oil
1 tsp. coconut aminos
A few shakes of hot sauce, as desired
Pinch garlic powder
* Soften raisins in 1 cup hot water until plump. (a few hours or overnight in the fridge).
* Bring ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan. Simmer for 20 mins.
* Use an immersion blender to smooth the sauce to desired consistency.
* Refrigerate in a glass container.
