GUACAMOLE

 Meal Menu Idea:
Grilled beef sliders 
and uncured beef or turkey hotdogs 
Carrot and Celery sticks
Guacamole

GUACAMOLE
Paleo / Whole 30 compliant
 
2 ripe Haas avocados
1 lemon or lime, squeezed
4 shakes of hot sauce
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2-1 cup Homemade fresh salsa
or
1 Roma tomato, finely diced
1/2 small red onion or 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
Fresh cilantro, torn

* Cut avocado open lengthwise. Remove the pit.
* Scoop out the flesh, sprinkle with juice, hot sauce, sea salt and pepper.
* Mash to desired creaminess.
* Add fresh salsa or tomato, onion, cilantro and gently stir to incorporate.
 *Assemble appetizers & serve immediately.

**Leftover Guacamole should be sealed in an air tight, glass container and refrigerated.  Air exposure will turn it brown.
