A simple recipe with loads of flavor; 3 ingredients and 3 easy steps. Substitute cauliflower for broccoli. Delicious!
ROASTED BROCCOLI WITH BACON
4 bunches organic broccoli
6 ounces uncured bacon (Whole 30: Use bacon with no added sugar)
Grapeseed oil, coconut oil or melted ghee
* Wash and trim broccoli florets. Place on a parchment covered baking sheet. Drizzle with oil.
* Cut bacon into 1/2 inch strips. Separate and place pieces over the broccoli.
* Roast 30 minutes on a rack set a bit higher than center of the oven. Turn the baking sheet after 15 minutes.
Enjoy with a slab of roasted or grilled meat!
