BALSAMIC STEAK SAUCE

BALSAMIC STEAK SAUCE 
Paleo compliant

4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup dry red wine or sherry
2 Tablespoons coconut aminos
4 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1-2 Tablespoons raw honey
2 Tablespoons coconut oil

* To a hot skillet, add minced garlic and saute over medium heat for 30 seconds.
* Add the wine and simmer to reduce the wine sauce by half; then add coconut aminos, vinegar and honey. Whisk while simmering for 2 minutes.
* Remove skillet from heat.  Add coconut and whisk until melted and incorporated.
* Serve as a condiment for dipping bites of steak.

** Refrigerate leftover sauce in a sealed glass container.
