BERRY VINAIGRETTE

BERRY VINAIGRETTE
Paleo / Whole 30 compliant
1/3 cup red wine vinegar (Whole 30- substitute apple cider or coconut vinegar)
2/3 cups walnut oil
1/3 cup organic berries (Try blackberry, raspberry, blueberry, strawberry or a mixture of berries)

*  Wash berries and toss into a food processor, Ninja, blender or use an immersion blender.  Puree berries.
*  In a bowl, combine ingredients. Whisk until smooth. Pour into a glass storage container with lid.
*  Refrigerate.
** Shake or whisk before drizzling vinaigrette over a salad.
