3-STEP MEAL PREP
                                                 for singles, couples and families...

#1  PLAN A MEAL... Keep it simple!

* Pick a meat.  Pick a vegetable.  Pick a healthy fat.  Double or triple the recipe.

#2  COOK IN BULK...  Keep it simple!

Whether you are new to cooking or an experienced chef, we recommend starting with easy recipes.  Keep things simple and you will be more likely to stick with it!

* Plan to roast, grill or pan fry the meat in a healthy fat: Coconut oil, ghee (clarified butter), olive, walnut or avocado oils.

* Steam, roast, saute, stir fry or serve vegetables raw.  Roast several types of vegetables at once in the oven and you will have quantity and variety!

* Kick your shoes off, take a seat and enjoy the meal!

#3  'GRAB-N-GO' MEALS... Keep it Simple!

* Package up the leftover meat and vegetables from dinner in single serving, glass containers.  Stack them in the fridge or fill a lunch bag with the meals needed for the next day.

There you have the secret to prep...
 Keep it simple.
 Cook extra portions.
Pack leftovers into quick meals for the next day.

Side Note:  INVEST IN GLASS CONTAINERS

* Food storage is important!  You will be preparing clean meals and will want to keep them clean and free of the nasty xenoestrogens in plastics.  Begin to eliminate plastic from the kitchen & replace with glass, ceramic or stainless steel.  For leftovers, purchase multiple pieces of single serving size containers that will stack in the fridge for 'Grab-n-Go' meals the next day.
