MINCED MEAT

Meal Menu Idea:
Minced Meat
Roasted Asparagus

MINCED MEAT

2 lbs. ground, lean meat
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
2 medium onions, finely chopped
and/or
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
Freshly ground sea salt and pepper 
Coconut aminos

* Preheat a deep cast iron skillet, add oil and brown the beef.
* Finely chop the onions and mince the garlic cloves. 
* In a cast iron or stainless steel skillet, add coconut oil, onions and peppers.  Sweat the veggies over low heat until onions are transluscent.  Then add garlic & stir for 30 seconds.
* Add vegetables to the meat.
* Season to taste with sea salt and pepper. Drizzle with coconut aminos and serve. 

* Refrigerate leftovers in single serving, glass containers making it easy to 'Grab-n-Go' the next day.
