ITALIAN SPICE BLEND

ITALIAN HERB BLEND

1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

In a small bowl, mix ingredients well.  Pour into a glass storage jar. Store in a dark, cool cupboard or drawer where it is easily accessible.  Make only as much as you think you will use in a 6 month period. Replace dried herbs and spices every six months as they lose their flavor and color.
