WEEK 4 - DETOX MENU

WEEK 4 of DETOX MENU IDEAS
for Singles, Couples and Families
 
* Bold indicates the recipe can be found on this blog.
* Note the use of leftovers for meals the following day. Please look ahead and cook accordingly!
* Snacks between meals are kept simple:
1- Fresh fruit with or without Nut Butter (Almond, Cashew or Sunflower butters with no added sugar)
2- Fresh cut (raw) vegetables: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Zucchini, Jicama, Cherry Tomatoes, Avocado, etc & Paleo Ranch Dip (optional)
3- Seltzer water with a splash of real fruit juice (pomegranate, grape, apple, lemon, lime, pineapple, etc)

Day 22
B'fast:
Cinnamon Nut Granola with fruit and Nut milk or Organic Coconut Milk (from a can)
Fried Eggs in Ghee (4-5 pastured eggs per average adult)
Organic Coffee or Tea with Organic Coconut Cream (See recipe: Non-Dairy Creamer)

Lunch: 
Leftover Shepherd's Pie

Dinner: 
Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin
Balsamic Beets
Italian Zucchini Sticks 

Day 23
B'fast:
Make Your Own Frittata 
Organic Coffee or Tea with Organic Coconut Cream (optional)

Lunch:
Leftover Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, Balsamic Beets &  Italian Zucchini Sticks

Dinner: 
Meatballs (Beef or Turkey) in Marinara Sauce
Roasted Spaghetti Squash
Steamed Broccoli with Ghee

Day 24
B'fast: 
Paleo Porridge with Berries and Nut milk or Organic Coconut Milk (from a can)
Leftover Pork Tenderloin
Organic Coffee or Tea with Organic Coconut Cream (optional)

Lunch: 
Leftover Meatballs in Marinara with Roasted Spaghetti Squash & Broccoli

Dinner:
Chicken Fajita Stir Fry
Riced Cauliflower
Spinach Salad with Homemade Vinaigrette

Day 25
B'fast:
Uncured 'Naked' Bacon (Make extra for the next day)
Cinnamon Nut Granola with Raisins and Nut milk or Organic Coconut Milk (from a can)
Organic Coffee or Tea with Organic Coconut Cream (optional)

Lunch: 
Leftover Chicken Fajita Stir Fry, Riced Cauliflower and Spinach Salad with Vinaigrette

Dinner: 
Taco Soup
Salad of Organic Mixed Greens, sliced Almonds, Strawberries and White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Day 26
B'fast:
Egg Whites Omelet with bacon and spinach, cooked in Ghee (5-6 pastured egg whites per average adult)
Organic Coffee or Tea with Organic Coconut Cream (optional)

Lunch:
Leftover Taco Soup and Salad of Organic Mixed greens with Vinaigrette

Dinner:
Blackened Tilapia (Baked)
Sautéed Asparagus in Ghee with Sea Salt & Pepper
Herb Roasted Tomatoes

Day 27
B'fast: 
Ground pork, turkey or chicken fried into crumbles with Italian Herb blend
Leftover Herb Roasted Tomatoes
Organic Coffee or Tea with Organic Coconut Cream (optional)

Lunch:
Leftover Blackened Tilapia and Asparagus in a Lettuce Wrap

Dinner:
Salmon with Lemon and Dill
Sautéed Cabbage
Fresh Organic Tomato Slices with Sea Salt & Pepper

Day 28
B'fast:
Scrambled Eggs garnished with Fresh Salsa
Leftover Sautéed Cabbage
Organic Coffee or Tea with Organic Coconut Cream (optional)

Lunch:
Leftover Salmon, S&P Tomato Slices
Organic Spinach Salad with Almonds, Clementine segments and White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Dinner:
Round Steak and Gravy
W30 Smashed Potatoes
Sautéed Carrots in Ghee

Day 29
B'fast:
Leftover Sausage Crumbles with Fresh Salsa
Sliced natural, uncured ham

Organic Coffee or Tea with Organic Coconut Cream (optional)

Lunch: 
Leftover Round Steak and Gravy, Smashed Potatoes and Sautéed Carrots

Dinner: 
Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin
Sweet Pepper Slaw
Baked Apple Slices

Day 30
B'fast:
Make Your Own Frittata
Leftover Baked Apple Slices

Lunch:
Leftover Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Pepper Slaw

Dinner:
Lemon Garlic Shrimp
Citrus Spinach Salad
