CRANBERRY CHERRY SAUCE (Sweetened only with fruit)

Meal Menu Idea:
Roasted or Grilled White Meat (turkey, chicken or pork)
Cranberry Cherry Sauce
Roasted Sweet Potato
Steamed Green Beans

CRANBERRY CHERRY SAUCE
Paleo / Whole 30 compliant

1 (12 ounce) package of fresh (or frozen) cranberries 
2 cups frozen cherries (tart, dark-sweet or a cherry blend)
1 1/2 cups organic pineapple juice

* Wash cranberries. Remove any white or bruised berries.
* In a medium saucepan, add cranberries, cherries and pineapple juice.
* Bring to a boil over medium heat then reduce heat to low.
* Simmer 30 minutes on low, stir occasionally. 
* Transfer to a bowl, chill and serve.  Sauce thickens as it cools.
** Refrigerate leftovers in a covered, glass bowl or jar.
