GREEN BEANS with HERBS

Green Beans with Herbs
 Cauliflower Rice

GREEN BEANS with HERBS
Paleo / Whole 30 compliant
 
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
Organic olive oil
Rosemary & thyme (fresh or dried)
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 lemon, optional

* Rinse beans in a colander and drain well.
* Snap the blunt, stem end off to trim the beans.
* Preheat large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
* Add dollop of olive oil.
* Add green beans to skillet/wok.
* Stove top Method: Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender crisp.
* Place beans in a serving bowl.  Drizzle with a squeeze of lemon and toss with a sprinkling of fresh or dried herbs.
* Serve hot or at room temperature.
* Store leftovers in sealed glass containers in the refrigerator.
