BAKED KALE CHIPS

BAKED KALE CHIPS
Paleo / Whole 30 compliant
 
1 bunch kale
Olive, walnut or avocado oil
Sea salt

* Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
* Wash kale  & dry it in a salad spinner.  Tear leaves into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
* Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread kale evenly over the paper.
* Drizzle or spray oil (Misto oil sprayer) over the kale; season lightly with sea salt.
* Bake 20 minutes or until edges of kale are beginning to brown.
* Cool and serve as an appetizer.

** Store leftover kale chips in an airtight, glass container.
** Experiment with herbs & seasonings to add a little variety and pizazz to your chips.  Enjoy!

Flavor Enhancers:
* Olive oil + Sea salt + freshly ground pepper
* Melted coconut oil + Red curry powder
* Olive oil + Garlic salt + a drizzle of  coconut aminos
* Walnut oil + Lemon pepper
* Olive oil + Italian herbs
* Avocado oil + garlic salt + ground cayenne pepper
