HERB ROASTED TOMATOES

Herb Roasted Tomatoes can be served alongside meat of choice 
or used as a base for red sauce and stews.

HERB ROASTED TOMATOES
Paleo / Whole 30 compliant
 
organic Roma tomatoes
olive oil
Italian herb blend

* Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
* Slice tomatoes in half lengthwise.
* Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
* Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with Italian herbs.
* Bake 30 to 60 minutes, until juices have evaporated and tomatoes are softened.
* Serve immediately, use in sauce or stew or refrigerate in glass storage containers.


* Slow roast option: 250 degrees for 3 hours.
* Cherry or grape tomatoes can be roasted whole or cut in half.  Reduce roasting time.
