HOMEMADE VINAIGRETTE

HOMEMADE  VINAIGRETTE 

one part vinegar 
Mild: apple cider vinegar, coconut vinegar, champagne vinegar, white wine vinegar   
Stronger: balsamic, red wine vinegar)

three parts oil 
Try: Light olive, walnut oil, avocado oil, sunflower oil
Sea salt (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper

*Mix ingredients in a glass bottle.  Cap and shake before use. 
*Drizzle over meat, fish, vegetables or mixed green salads.  Delicious!!!  

Add ins: 
* A pinch of dried herb or herb blend
* Thicken vinaigrette with a dollop of Paleo mayo or prepared mustard (any variety)
