3/4 cup coconut or apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Paleo mayo or Dijon mustard
In a small bowl, mix vinegar with spices and seasonings. If you are using salt, add it to the vinegar and stir to give it a chance to dissolve. Drizzle the oil into the mixture while whisking or blending with an immersion blender.
Enjoy your homemade (preservative free) dressings and vinaigrettes.
