MEATZZA PIZZA (Paleo)

Sauce:
1 (4oz) can organic tomato paste
1/4 cup olive oil, organic and cold pressed
1 1/2 cups water
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
* Mix ingredients together in a small bowl.  Allow to rest an hour to let flavors blend.

Crust:
1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

* In a bowl, mix beef and seasoning with wooden spoon until combined. Do not use hands and over process the beef. Place meat on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet or pizza sheet, press to smooth meat evenly creating a 'crust'.
* Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10-15 mins. until meat is cooked through and edges are slightly browned.  It will shrink away from the sides a bit. (*Leaner meat shrinks less and isn't swimming in rendered fat!)
 * Remove 'crust' from the oven.  Top with a layer of sauce; add toppings of choice and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
* Bake 10 minutes more... then cut and serve piping hot!
