BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE
Paleo / Whole 30 compliant
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1 Tablespoon stone ground mustard
3/4 cup walnut oil
* In a small bowl, whisk vinegar, herbs and mustard.
* Slowly drizzle the oil into the vinegar mixture while whisking or blending with an immersion blender.
* Transfer vinaigrette to a decorative jar, seal and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
