GRILLED GRASS-FED BURGERS

GRILLED GRASS-FED BURGERS
2 pounds (grass-fed) ground beef
sea salt and freshly ground pepper

* Mix ground beef with seasonings in a bowl until well blended.   Shape into 6 patties.
* Chef's tip:  Push two fingers into the middle of the burger making an indentation.  This allows the burger to cook evenly & the indentation disappears as the meat shrinks on the grill.
* Grill over medium heat 4 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through. Check each burger with an instant read thermometer.  Remove burgers when internal temperature is160 degrees.             * Grass-fed ground beef can be cooked less allowing for pink center, if desired. 

**Serve with grilled onions, romaine lettuce, tomato slices and organic mustard or ketchup.
