SUPER SIMPLE SHREDDED CHICKEN

Two ingredients.  A crock pot.  4 hours.  Shred.  Done.

Meal Menu Idea:
Bed of fresh Spinach or Shredded Cabbage
Sliced Avocado
Super Simple Shredded Chicken

SUPER SIMPLE SHREDDED CHICKEN (Mild)
Paleo and Whole 30 compliant

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pasture raised)
2 (7 ounce) El Pato Jalapeno salsa (green can) 

*  Clean and trim the chicken breasts.
*  Place the chicken breasts on the bottom of the crock pot and pour both cans of El Pato sauce over them. 
*  Cover and cook on LOW for 3.5 - 4 hours.  Do not overcook or the chicken will be dry.
*  Using 2 forks, shred the chicken while it is still in the crock pot. Stir to mix in the sauce.  
*  Serve over a bed of fresh spinach or shredded cabbage. Top with sliced avocado. 
** Refrigerate leftover meat in a sealed glass container.
