HONEY NUT CLUSTERS with SEA SALT
Paleo compliant

2 cups raw pecans
1/2 cup raw sliced almonds
1/2 cup Pepitas (green pumpkin kernels)
1/2 cup raw, unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raw honey
3-finger-pinch of sea salt

*  Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
*  In a large bowl, place the pecans, almonds, pepitas and sunflower seeds.
*  Melt honey in a small saucepan and pour over the nuts & seeds.
*  Sprinkle with sea salt and stir to coat.
*  Spread the nut mixture evenly over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
* Sprinkle an extra pinch of salt over the nut mixture, if desired.
*  Bake for 20 minutes until nuts are lightly browned, keep a close watch during the last few minutes of baking time.
*  Remove pan from the oven and allow to cool completely
* Break into pieces. Serve & enjoy!
*  Store, the completely cooled, Nut Clusters in an airtight container.
