ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

Meal Menu Idea:
Grilled Pork Loin chops
Roasted Cauliflower

ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
Paleo / Whole 30 compliant
 
1 large head cauliflower (3lbs.)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Freshly ground herbs, if desired.

* Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
* Wash and dry head of cauliflower. Cut into 1-inch wide florets.
* In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with oil and seasonings.
* Spread in a single layer in a large shallow baking pan.
* Roast for 10 minutes; stir then continue roasting another 10 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
