BAKED APPLE SLICES

There is nothing quite like the smell of apples and cinnamon baking together... it is sure to get your mouth watering!  This recipe is the scrumptious taste of apple goodness without the extra work of a pie crust.  It is a wonderful topping for Paleo waffles or on its own as a warm dessert with a dollop of Coconut Whipped Cream (optional) on a wintery night.
