COCONUT WHIPPED CREAM (Paleo)

WHIPPED COCONUT CREAM 
Paleo compliant

1 can Organic Coconut Milk 'full fat' (no additives or preservatives)
raw honey
Cinnamon

* Place the can of Organic Coconut Milk in the refrigerator over night or longer.  Do NOT shake!
* Scoop out the thickened coconut cream that rises to the top of the can.  Drink the clear coconut milk or refrigerate to use later in a smoothie.
* In a small bowl whip the coconut cream with a hand mixer until thick and peaks form.
* Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg and a drizzle of honey, if desired.

*Enjoy a dollop in a cup of java, on top of Apple Crisp or with fresh seasonal fruit!  Scrumptious perfection!
